REFUND POLICIES for Sara Schroeder Art LLC
Refund policy for on-demand online courses and workshops: Pre-recorded online courses and workshops are immediately available in full and therefore are non-refundable. However, if you are unhappy with the course for any reason, please contact me via email at saraschroederart@gmail.com so we can discuss your complaint and come to a mutually beneficial resolution.
Refund policy for live courses and workshops: Refunds for live courses and workshops are only available up to 72 hours prior to the start date of the course or workshop. If you need to cancel your participation and would like a refund, please contact me at least 72 hours before the start date of the course at saraschroederart@gmail.com.
Refund policy for INSPIRED membership: Refunds for the INSPIRED membership are available for one billing cycle only, and within 24 hours of your most recent monthly subscription charge. If you would like a refund for your current billing cycle, please immediately cancel your membership, then contact me at saraschroederart@gmail.com for a refund. Refunds will be granted on a case-by-case basis and at my discretion.
Return and Refund policy for commissioned artwork and commission deposits: Commission deposits are in the amount of 50% of the full price of your commissioned artwork and will not be refunded at any time. If, upon receipt, you are not happy with your commissioned work, you may return it to me, shipping paid by you, in original condition, for a refund of 50% of the full price. This situation is highly unlikely. I do my best to keep in touch with clients throughout the commission process, discussing your vision with you and updating you with photos along the way. I’ll work with you to make sure we’re both on the same page!
Refund and return policy for original artwork: Refunds are available for original works postmarked within 7 days of receipt if they are returned in original, pristine condition, in the original packaging, shipping paid by buyer. Your refund will be issued via Paypal once your item has arrived back in the studio in original condition.
Refund and return policy for prints and merchandise: Refunds and returns for prints and merchandise are available within 14 days of receipt for items that are damaged or incorrect. Please reach out to saraschroederart@gmail.com if you have an issue with your order.
