So, this is a silly photo.

I’m very obviously not a graphic designer but I decided to embrace the quirky, collage-y, slapped-together feel of this representation regardless, to share how a bath-loving, eclectic-leaning decorator might include this shower curtain in a bathroom design update. The result is an edgy, artsy, bohemian bathroom oasis.

These are just a few of the products that are available right now in my shop on Society6.

I’ve had a back-and-forth dialogue with myself regarding Society6. My shop over there just sits quietly most of the year, without much action – but understandably so. I don’t put too much time into it. I don’t talk about it often. I frequently wonder if I should ditch it completely and just focus on my shop right here (which, honestly, is exactly what I’ve been doing).

What I’ve settle on is this though – the Sara Schroeder Art Shop is for all of my high-end artwork: all of my original paintings, all of my limited edition fine art prints, all of the stickers I’ve designed and sign individually, and the new 2022 calendar (EEK!) that will be coming out shortly. Society6, for now at least, will be the home of art adorned products that I can’t make on my own and don’t have the capacity to outsource one by one. That’s the beauty of Society6, really. I can offer so many items I wouldn’t be able to offer without their help. Magic!

So for the next three months, six different designs are featured on a huge variety of products: throw pillows, yoga mats, phone wallets, water bottles, mugs, wine coolers, totes, backpacks. . . I mean – the list continues. It’s super fun to browse everything.

BUT – they’ll only be available for those three months, the holiday season and one month after juuuust in case someone needs to use a gift card that arrived for Christmas, and then they’re gone. Poof!

It feels like just the right line to walk between the two shop options. 😉
